The cost for your Medical Exam and/or Re-Assessment is $225.00 CDN(includes GST) per person child and adult alike– Accepted methods of payment are Cash, Bank Certified Cheque or money orders. –Now accepting Debit and Credit cards. Please bring exact change if paying in cash. Cheques can be made out to Westwinds Corner Medical Inc.
